My Trip to Peru

This is a short video with some pictures of my trip to Peru. Traveling to this country was a very nice experience, therefore I will mention a few reasons explaining why this trip was a great experience.
First, I grew in my spiritual life because the purpose of this trip was to preach the Gospel on different sectors of Lima-Peru.
Night by night my husband was sharing the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. The meetings were setting on a open place; this made possible that even people that were on their homes could hear the message.
I was helping my husband with the music and PowerPoint presentations. Every thing was beautiful, but the greatest gratification was seeing, at the end of the week, people giving their life to Jesus through baptism. That was a blessing for me because it confirmed that God is real, and everywhere he continues transforming hearts.
Second, I enjoyed the camaraderie. Although I was the only wife joining the group, the atmosphere was full of joy and laughs. Everywhere we went, eating, praying, in every moment we felt the happiness of being a true family.
Finally, I had the opportunity to meet other people, to make new friends, to know a little about their culture, and to taste delicious food. It was so nice going to different places. But the most beautiful and amazing experience was Machupicchu. Even though there are just ruins we can still see how intelligent and skillful the native Incas were.
Personally I think that these three specific aspects of this trip made it so special, I thank God for gave me that opportunity, and I hope you enjoy these pictures and memories like I do.

This is a very nice video that I made for my Church. It is in Spanish, and the words of the son talk abou that our hope is in Jesus.

Camping

This picture shows a camping day. Going camping is one of the activities that I enjoy the most. My husband, some friends, and I went to a nice and quite place. As you can see this place was surrounded of trees. I really like to be in the nature not only for the healthy environment, but for the reason that the nature speaks about the power, the greatness and the love of my Creator.
The people on that picture besides my husband were friends from church. I felt very comfortable spending time with them and that did the occasion even more special. I am so glad that we are part of a Christian family.
We were close to a fire. We were eating delicious corn that we just roasted them on the fire. In the back of the picture there is a tent. Every body brought tents to sleep. The advantage of going on tents is that we can yet be comfortable and relaxed without spending too much money.
